Be inspired by a mixture of music . . . Jazz, Latin, Indian, Hip-Hop, R&B, and more. Release old patterns of moving with a combination of Jazz, Modern and Duncan Dance styles, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, and the healing arts of The Feldenkrais Method®, Alexander Technique, and Yoga.

And, if you experience chronic pain due to illness or injury, Nia® Moving to Heal, a gentle form of practice, might be the choice for you.
