If you struggle with pain in your body, or you feel healthy but wish to move with more flexibility and grace, join Teresa for a simple lesson on how to experience pleasure in your movement. You will be guided through the Nia® Moving to Heal mind-body practice to warm up your joints and move with more ease and flow. You’ll come out feeling energized, awakened, and ready to move through your day with more ease.

In this 75-min Playshop you will:

  • Relieve tension and pain by so that you can move with more ease.

  • Gently release “stuck” places in your body and find more range of motion.

  • Learn simple adjustments to take stress off your joints every day.
